Vacant Property Staging (Full Furniture Rental)
Furniture Rental Investment: 0.5% to 1.5% of the property’s market value or a flat fee.(depends on the value and size of the property and its needs)
Discount can be arranged in case you need staging for more than one properties, such as a new development.
I handle the furniture selection and logistics with our rental partners.
Staging Packages (Occupied Homes)
The "Half-Day Refresh": £250
Includes 4 hours of professional styling using your existing furniture, plus utilising our "Styling Kit" (cushions, throws, and accessories) for the day of the photoshoot.
Full-Day Transformation: £450
A full 8-hour day of decluttering and styling. Ideal for preparing a home for professional photography and initial viewings.
I can also cover the photoshoot if requested for an extra fee.

Whether you need to reclaim a single drawer or overhaul an entire storeroom, our professional organising services are designed to meet your specific needs. We transform any cluttered or inefficient area into a functional and peaceful space.
We organise all residential, commercial, and storage spaces, including:
Primary Living Areas: Kitchens, Pantries, Bathrooms, Utility Rooms
Wardrobes: Seasonal wardrobe rotation, Jewellery and Accessories storage, Shoes and Boots, Bags and Purses
Personal Spaces: Closets, Nurseries, Reading Nooks
Work & Creative Areas: Offices, Paperwork, Art Studios, Playrooms
Large-Scale Storage: Garages, Sheds, Warehouses, Storage Units
£45 per hour (minimum of 6 hours) or £50 per hour (minimum of 3 hours).
Additional hours at £40 per hour when required and agreed upon beforehand.
Waste Disposal - If you wish to dispose of items which charities cannot collect, we can arrange for a third party waste carrier to come for a fee.
